From late summer to autumn, the seasons cool, trees begin to release their leaves and we enter the time of the metal element. With it comes the ability to take courage, and to let go and release what no longer serves us.
In this course we’ll explore:
- Metal form qigong to release, simplify, and let go
- Techniques to manage loss, depression, grief
- Meridian cleansing for lungs and large intestines organs
- Reflections on how to find courage, set boundaries and breathe more deeply and freely in life

In this course we will draw from both the ancient Chinese Body Clock and current scientific perspectives on sleep cycles and circadian rhythms to:
- understand our unique energy signature
- evaluate our energy levels through the day and week
- find rest within the work, avoiding burn out
- plan our schedule in line with our natural energy dips and peaks following the Chinese Body Clock and your circadian rhythm / chronotype (I will give you tools to analyse these across the week).
Don’t worry if these ideas / words are new to you - we’ll cover it all to help you develop a better understanding of your own natural energy rhythms and how to work with them.
