Galapagos Yoga adventure
29th NOVEMBER - 5th December 2025
Spend 7 days practising yoga and exploring all that these extraordinary islands have to offer.
Our home for the week is a beautiful and quiet lodge located in the highlands of Santa Cruz. The lodge is secluded and tranquil, the perfect place to relax between adventures and to roam in the lush grounds.
Practice plenty of yoga and meditation in a yoga studio with views of the forest and fruit trees.
During the retreat we explore the paradise beaches on Santa Cruz island and also explore the archipelago to visit the extraordinary wildlife, relax on beautiful beaches and snorkel with penguins and turtles.
About the practice, activities and more. Highlights include:
Daily yoga and meditation sessions
7 nights in 4-star traditional highland accommodation
Meals prepared by local chefs, using locally sourced ingredients.
A trip to El Manzanillo Tortoise Reserve
Swimming and kayaking at El Garrapatero Beach

Our Galapagos trip is for those with an adventurous spirit and a love of nature.
A pretty good level of fitness will serve you well, as we will be out and about exploring every day.
We will hike, bike, kayak and swim most days along with the yoga classes.
During the retreat we explore the paradise beaches on Santa Cruz island and also explore the archipelago to visit the extraordinary wildlife.
Bartolome Island offers some of the most emblematic sceneries of the Galapagos Islands. We walk on the island with our guide and learn first hand about the volcanic origins of the Galapagos Islands and then take a dingy ride along the coastline to see the Galapagos penguin before heading to Sullivan Bay for some snorkelling.
Santa Fe Island has a beautiful white sandy beach and is home to plenty of sea lions and iguanas.
After exploring the island we head to Fisherman Bay to snorkel with sea turtles, rays, sea lions, fishes and Galapagos sharks.
There will be also be time to visit the El Manzanillo Tortoise Reserve, the Charles Darwin centre and we have an afternoon and evening out in Puerto Ayora.
While we have packed a lot into this trip of lifetime, there is also time to practice yoga, to book a massage or lie by the pool, chat and make new friends.
Your food will be prepared by our local chefs using locally sourced ingredients.
Our hosts are proud to grow some of their own produce giving us a farm-to-table experience. Some of the delicious treats from the garden are pineapples, grapefruits, oranges, mandarins, papayas, bananas, coffee, cacao and variety of vegetables!
The menu will be primarily vegetarian food with optional elements of locally produced cheese from our hosts own cheese making project and locally sourced fish.
Practice level and suitability
On this retreat you’ll have eight yoga classes where you’ll enjoy a slow and strength based, lighthearted but challenging practice.
Each class will be 90 minutes long combining fluid, slow flowing sequences of postures linked through breath and awareness. There will be a focus on building strength and flexibility in a balanced way while connecting body to heart and mind. Options will be offered for all levels throughout depending on how nourishing or fiery you like your practice, but some previous experience of vinyasa yoga is recommended.
